SPECIAL NEEDS MINISTRIES

At COG Moose Jaw, we believe everyone is welcome here, everyone is seen here, everyone has a bright future here, and everyone is safe here.  That's why we're committed to not only creating welcoming environments for those with special needs, but facilitating programming that reaches across these barriers so God's love can be experienced by everyone, regardless of physical or mental limitations.

Sensory Room

Our Sensory Room at COG is the first of its kind in Moose Jaw and unique in the way it provides a calming environment for special needs children or those experiencing anxiety or sensory overload.  Not only does it welcome these children and offer one-on-one attention with one of our trained volunteers, but it allows parents and caregivers the opportunity to enjoy a worry-free, distraction-free worship service upstairs.  For more info about our Sensory Room or how you can support this ministry, click below!

Friendship Club

Also the first of its kind in Moose Jaw is our newly-launched Friendship Club.  On Friday evenings in our South Hill Campus Dining Hall, adults with physical and/or mental disabilities are invited with their caregivers to a full worship service catered to their special needs and values, made possible through our partnership with Karis Disability Services and Diversified.  Come check out if the Friendship Club is a good fit for you, or contact us for more information!
